Requirements for Admission

Applicant’s Age:

Applicant must be 2 years (24 months) by the first day of class.

Admission Process

Applicants should complete the following steps:

Thai Students

1. Present a completed application form

2. Submit three 2” x 2” recent color photos (Front view)

3. Submit a copy of the following documents

   • Birth certificate

   • Medical Certificate

   • Student’s and parents’ residence certificate

   • Parents’ Thai citizen ID Card  

4. Interview the student applicant

5. Pay at the Business Office of UAIMS

Foreign Students (Additional documents)

1. Passport

2. Parent’s work permit

3. Visa Stamped on passport
